I.Learning Essentials:
1.Like to learn Chinese and interested in it. Keep on enjoying yourself in learning. Be confident to continue.
2.Already formed the good learning habits of writing, reading, self learning, picture collection, self-check and 
so on. Try your best to read everyday.
3.Master more than 400 characters, 30 useful radicals’ name, shape and the main meaning. Know features 
of characters’ structure elementarily and try to learn more characters through all the ways you’ve used before.
4.Be able to write about 300 new characters. Know more about the basic strokes of Chinese character. 
Be able to write characters fellow the rules of order of strokes. Form the good writing habits.
5.Consolidate pinyin. Copy letters and syllables.
6.Read at least 50 articles. Learn to use Mandarin to read the passage with emotion fluently and exactly. 
Gain the emotional experience elementarily. Continue to learn the scientific thinking mode, train the abilities
 of observation, judgment, memory, imagination and creation.
7.Take part in the activities in ’Chinese Corner’ actively and learn 500 more new words.
8.Keep on communicating with other people in Mandarin actively. Be able to listen to others carefully, know 
what they say and have the confidence to express you bravely. Talk to other people with good attitude 
and polite.
9.Take part in the teaching practice actively and seriously. Keep on training the spirits of teamwork and 
exploration.
II. Learning Contents
The content have to be mastered includes about 30 articles. And the topics of these articles are: festival 
of lanterns, home, plants, animal, cherish serious, car world, friend, rain, wish, star field, time, happiness 
and so on. We will hold about 14 ’Chinese Corner’ activities in which we’ll provide plentiful exercise and 
key of them and also exams every two lessons. And at the same time, we’ll summarize tables for literacy, 
writing and checking and the radical table.

48 classes/ period; 3 classes/ time; 4 weeks/ period (special arrangement for customization)
